How Infera Group collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, respond to our advertising, or work with us.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Infera Group (“Infera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide AI-enabled lead generation, Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead follow-up, qualification, and appointment-booking services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through infera-group.com, our booking pages, forms, emails, phone or text conversations, advertising campaigns, and related services. It does not control the independent practices of third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, payment providers, calendar providers, or a client’s own website.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, business name, and role.
  • Appointment details, messages, intake answers, and other information you submit.
  • Business and marketing information you provide when requesting or receiving services.
  • Payment and transaction information, if you become a client. Payment card details may be handled directly by a payment provider.

Information collected automatically

  • Device, browser, approximate location, IP address, page interactions, referral source, and timestamps.
  • Cookie, analytics, and advertising identifiers used to understand website performance and campaign results.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from advertising platforms, lead forms, referral partners, public business sources, clients, calendar tools, and customer relationship management providers.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule or manage appointments.
  • Provide, personalize, operate, and improve our services.
  • Build, manage, measure, and optimize lead-generation and advertising campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and route relevant conversations to the appropriate business.
  • Send service messages, confirmations, reminders, and requested marketing communications.
  • Analyze performance, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and comply with law.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.

4. AI-assisted interactions and communications

We may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to assist with lead response, message drafting, qualification, routing, scheduling, analysis, and service improvement. Automated responses may not always be perfect. You can ask to communicate with a person by contacting us.

If you provide a phone number, you authorize communications related to your inquiry, appointment, or requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, measure visits, attribute leads, and support advertising. For example, Meta Business Tools may receive device or interaction information when used on our website or campaigns.

Browser controls can block or delete cookies, though some features may not work correctly. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential technologies.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers supporting hosting, CRM, email, messaging, analytics, security, payments, scheduling, and automation.
  • Advertising and social platforms used to deliver or measure campaigns.
  • Clients when you respond to a campaign or request services from that client.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or compliance purposes.
  • A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain U.S. state laws may define some advertising-related disclosures as “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising.” You may request to opt out as described below.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, or contact us to update communication preferences.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or an opt-out of certain targeted advertising or sharing. You may also have a right to appeal a decision. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

10. International visitors

Infera Group is based in the United States. If you access our services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other places where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
